My name is Iwona Kik. I am a certified property valuer and analyst with a PhD in Economics.
I combine specialist real estate expertise with many years of experience in finance, data analysis, and risk management.

My experience.
For over a decade, I worked in the financial sector, gaining experience in the international environment of UBS and HSBC. My responsibilities included real estate modelling and valuation, data analysis, and risk management projects.
Currently.
Today, I combine economic, financial and analytical expertise with the practice of a certified property valuer.
